Recently, the Junior High School of WFL·LG launched a two-month comprehensive open class teaching and research activity. With full participation of all teachers and coverage of all subjects, this activity has built a platform for teachers' professional development through classroom demonstrations and in-depth discussions.
The activity took the lead in the 9th grade. The school specially invited the teaching expert team of WFL Education Group to enter the classrooms, providing precise guidance for the teaching of the graduation grade through attending classes, evaluating lessons, and conducting lesson preparation group exchanges.

Subsequently, all teachers from the 6th to 8th grades took turns to present wonderful and distinctive classes: Chinese classes explored the connotation of textbooks in depth; mathematics classes displayed the beauty of logic; English classes emphasized practice in real contexts; physics and chemistry classes integrated experimental inquiry; morality, rule of law and history classes enlightened wisdom and nourished the mind; comprehensive group courses integrated multiple dimensions; and physical education classes focused on both skills and literacy. In their demonstrations, teachers of all subjects demonstrated solid teaching skills and innovative teaching concepts.








After each open class, each subject group conducted in-depth lesson evaluations. School leaders, teaching and research group leaders, and teachers discussed from multiple dimensions such as teaching objectives, teaching processes, and student participation, reaching consensus through the collision of ideas, and realizing the goal of promoting teaching through evaluation and achieving common growth.


This comprehensive open class activity is not only a concentrated inspection of teaching standards but also an effective collective teaching research. The school will continue to carry out teaching research centered on classrooms, support teachers' professional development, and escort students' all-round development.
